The pictures were decent, I guess, but I got annoyed quickly because there just weren’t enough angles. I don’t want to sit there guessing what something looks like from the side or back. A few more photos would’ve made a big difference

"Order history wouldn’t show up"
I logged into my poolweb account trying to look up something from a past order, and my order history was either missing or just wouldn’t load properly. I’ve used other sites before where pulling up old orders is quick and easy, so this felt way more frustrating than it needed to be. The account page just feels clunky and not very helpful when you’re trying to find basic info

"Fast delivery, box was a bit rough"
I ordered a few pool parts from poolweb.com they showed up quicker than I expected — always a nice surprise. The tracking worked fine too, so I wasn’t left wondering where everything was. I’m giving 4 stars just because the box was a little beat up when it arrived, but luckily, everything inside was perfectly okay.

"I ordered a pool part from Poolweb..."
I ordered a pool part from Poolweb and, like a fool, only found out after I paid that it was on backorder. No real date, no useful heads-up, just some weak little “wait and see” situation.
I had to chase them down myself for updates, and the replies were basically useless. Every time it was some vague version of “soon,” which is cute, except nothing actually changed.
I understand backorders happen, but the communication was embarrassingly bad. I cancelled the order and bought it somewhere else, because apparently that was the only way to get anything done. Not using Poolweb again.

The parts felt really solid right out of the box, and everything worked fine as soon as I installed them (which is always a relief). No issues so far, just a straightforward and easy experience.

Used Poolweb for some pool filter parts. Needed a few bits. Nothing fancy. The site was easy enough to get around.
The categories made sense. Search was okay too. I did have to try a couple different words before the right part showed up. A little annoying. But not bad.
Pages loaded fine. Checkout was simple. Overall a decent experience. Giving 4 stars because a few product pages could be clearer.

I ordered a few pool parts from Poolweb and everything came in just like they said it would. The tracking was easy to follow, and the parts were the actual brand I ordered, not some random replacement. I was a little hesitant since it was my first time buying from them, but it all went smoothly and I’d definitely order again

My card got declined the first time, which was kind of worrying. I tried again and it finally went through, but the whole thing was hard to describe, just didn’t feel as smooth as I expected.

I was trying to sort out which parts I needed for my pool pump, and Poolweb actually had the tech sheets and manuals right there. That was really helpful because I wasn’t stuck guessing from tiny product pictures.
The site was easy to use, and the documents loaded just fine on my phone too. It’s not super fancy or anything, just useful. Saved me a phone call and probably kept me from ordering the wrong thing.

"Pretty good tracking overall"
The order tracking was easy to find and stayed updated for the most part. One update showed up a little late, but I still had a good idea of where my pool part was. I’d probably mention it to a friend if they needed something similar.

I was trying to track down a specific pool filter part, and honestly... poolweb.com made it a lot easier than I expected. The search brought up the right items, and the filters helped me narrow things down without clicking through a bunch of random parts.
Checkout was simple too. I haven’t needed to contact support, so I can’t really speak to that, but finding what I needed was way less frustrating than on some other sites. I’d use them again.

So... the stock info on Poolweb was a little confusing for me. It looked like the item was available when I placed the order, but afterward it seemed like it wasn’t actually ready to ship. I just wish the inventory status had been clearer before checkout, because it would’ve saved me some time and hassle...

I used poolweb.com on my phone and, it was mostly fine. Browsing around was easy enough, the products loaded without any major drama, and checkout didn’t make me question my life choices, which is always appreciated. A couple pages did take their sweet time, and I had to zoom in once because apparently my phone screen wasn’t being respected, but overall it was a good experience.
